Ece Savas is a yoga teacher, retreat guide and embodiment coach devoted to helping people slow down, reconnect and come home to themselves. Rooted in mindfulness, compassion and nervous system healing, her approach gently weaves together yoga, breathwork, meditation and somatic practices to support deeper wellbeing and inner resilience.
Ece holds over 500+ hrs. of yoga teacher certification, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Life Coaching and brings over a decade of teaching experience. She is also a Reiki Master Practitioner and 3rd Degree Black Belt in Karate.
As founder of Whispering Forest Retreat in Bancroft, Ontario, Ece creates intimate and nourishing experiences where people can rest, heal and reconnect—with themselves, nature and one another.
Group Classes, Private Classes and Weekend Retreats:
- Group Classes: Weekly classes are offered within the peaceful surrounding at Whispering Forest. Join for an in person yoga practice or evening online class from home. See the website for the schedule, class options and to book into classes.
- Private Classes: Private yoga for groups near Bancroft offer a meaningful wellness experience during your cottage weekend away. Whatever the occasion, Ece will travel to your cottage to allow you and your group to begin the day with intention, calm, connection and nourishment.
- Retreats: Rest, Restore & Connect with a half day (4 hours) intimate retreat for small groups. With up to 6 included, the retreat is a perfect way to enrich your weekend with friends or solo. Retreats include:
