Join us for Hastings County first Maple March, a celebration of maple all month long.

Our bakers, chefs, and beverage makers have crafted a range of maple themed creations you won’t want to miss, including the essential pancakes drizzled with maple syrup. Across 12 participating locations, you’ll find maple flavoured loaves, cookies, crepes, lattes, burgers, brussels sprouts, tarter sauce with fish & chips, chicken sandwiches, and a delicious lineup of maple cocktails, mocktails, and wines.  

The only challenge will be fitting it all into one month.

 It's maple season! This is the time of year when the trees get tapped, and the sap starts to flow, to be then boiled down, into the quintessential Canadian sweetener that is maple syrup. There are plenty of seasonal menu items and fresh syrup to be had. Check out our interactive map below for producers to visit and cafes, restaurants offering maple-themed products.
